SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AND BENEFITS:

Sponsorship Opportunities: Past events benefiting the Foundation consistently have had strong attendance and support with a high identification in the community.  Sponsorship of the performing arts scholarship program will generate countless opportunities for the Foundation and the sponsor. The Foundation has estimated expenses and offers the following sponsorship options:

 

• Platinum Sponsor

$50,000

 

• Gold Sponsor

$25,000

 

• Silver Sponsor

$15,000

 

• Bronze Sponsor

$10,000

 

• Copper Sponsor

$5,000

 

• Sterling Sponsor

$1,000 - $2,500

 SPECIAL NOTE:

A single Premiere Sponsor contribution of $100,000 will be granted once yearly naming rights to the event and all its components. To read as the following:
Las Casas Foundation's Scholarship for Excellence in the Performing Arts presented by (name of Premiere Sponsor).

Sponsorship Benefits:  Each sponsorship opportunity provides for a variety of benefits.  The Foundation offers the following descriptions:

• Platinum Sponsor – a contribution of $50,000 to underwrite the production and operating expenses, as well as the underwriting of complimentary student tickets.

  1. Platinum Sponsor attached to individual award.
  2. Platinum Sponsor recognized on the Charline McCombs Empire Theatre marquee the night of the event.
  3. Platinum Sponsor recognized on all printed materials related to the event.
  4. Option to give Place award on the night of the event.
  5. Special thanks during stage comments.
  6. Priority Seating for fifteen.

• Gold Sponsor – a contribution of $25,000 to underwrite the artist’s fee and services, as well as expenses related to the production of the free-of-charge-workshop.

  1. Gold Sponsor attached to individual award.
  2. Gold Sponsor recognized on all printed materials related to the event.
  3. Option to give Place award on the night of the event.
  4. Special thanks during stage comments.
  5. Priority Seating for ten.

• Silver Sponsor – a contribution of $15,000 to assist in underwriting the Scholarship Program and performance event.

  1. Silver Sponsor attached to individual award.
  2. Silver Sponsor recognized on all printed materials related to the event.
  3. Option to give Place award on the night of the event.
  4. Special thanks during stage comments.

• Bronze Sponsor – a contribution of $10,000 to assist in underwriting the Scholarship Program.

  1. Bronze Sponsor name attached to individual award.
  2. Bronze Sponsor recognized on all printed materials related to the event.
  3. Option to give Place award on the night of the event.
  4. Special thanks during stage comments.

• Copper Sponsor – a contribution of $5,000 to underwrite the Scholarship award program.

  1. Copper Sponsor name attached to the individual event.
  2. Copper Sponsor recognized on all printed materials related to the event.
  3. Option to give Place award on the night of the event.
  4. Special thanks during stage comments.

• Sterling Sponsor – a contribution of $1,000 - $2,500 to underwrite the Scholarship award program.
