We are so thrilled to announce that applications for the 2018 The Majestic Empire Foundation Performing Arts Scholarship Program are now available here! Now celebrating our TENTH(!) year, this annual program, which culminates in the Joci Awards, a one-night showcase of 25 talented performing arts students in San Antonio and the surrounding area, offers countless educational opportunities and awards more than $100,000 in scholarships each year. Since the program’s inception in 2009, Las Casas has awarded nearly $800,000, making it the largest scholarship funding source of its kind in the United States.
So where do I start, you ask? Read through the guidelines carefully (we know there’s a lot of information to take in) and decide which category you’d like to compete in. Just a reminder – applicants may only apply in one category. Fill out the form, and make sure you include all supplemental information (resume, headshot, etc.), and then send away!
